(hereinafter, "LaPieza"), regarding the use of the Platform and the Services offered therein. By accessing the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as any subsequent modifications duly published. LaPieza reserves the right to modify, at any time, totally or partially, these Terms and Conditions. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication will imply acceptance of the current terms.

The Platform is aimed at two main types of users: Candidates (individuals seeking job opportunities, creating a professional profile and participating in selection processes through LaPieza) and Companies (legal or natural persons with business activity who publish vacancies, use recruitment tools and access candidate profiles for their hiring processes). Each type of user may have access to specific Platform functionalities according to their profile and contracted plan.

3. Information Registration

To use our Platform, you must provide accurate, complete and updated information, including personal and work data and, where applicable, your curriculum vitae. LaPieza reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and to suspend or cancel accounts containing false, incomplete or outdated data. The User is responsible for keeping their information updated and notifying LaPieza of any relevant changes through the channels enabled on the Platform.

4. Use of Information

By registering on our Platform, you accept that your information, including your curriculum vitae and professional profile, may be shared with employing companies, recruiters and other users of the LaPieza community, with the sole purpose of facilitating the recruitment process, job opportunity search and networking activities within the Platform. LaPieza does not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties outside the purposes described in this document. 5. Personal Data Processing (LFPDPPP)

LaPieza, in its capacity as responsible for personal data processing, complies with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulation and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automation

LaPieza uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies with the objective of improving its users' experience and optimizing recruitment processes.

8. Confidentiality and Security

LaPieza commits to protecting the confidentiality of its users' personal and work information, implementing reasonable technical and organizational measures in accordance with industry standards. However, no data transmission system over the internet can guarantee absolute security, so LaPieza cannot be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from causes beyond its control. In case of detecting a security breach affecting User data, LaPieza will notify such situation in accordance with the deadlines and mechanisms established by applicable regulations.

9. User Responsibility

The User is responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (username and password), any activity performed from their account, authorized or not, immediately notifying LaPieza of any unauthorized use of their account through [email protected], and making lawful, ethical and appropriate use of the Platform, refraining from publishing false, defamatory, illegal content or content that violates third party rights. LaPieza reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that fail to comply with these obligations, without prejudice to legal actions that may arise.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

LaPieza reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any change will be notified through a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered by the User, with at least 5 calendar days in advance of its entry into force, except when the modification is urgently required by legal provision. Continued use of the Platform after the modifications take effect will constitute acceptance of the new terms. If the User does not agree with the modifications, they must cease using the Platform and may request cancellation of their account.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any controversy arising from the interpretation, compliance or breach of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
